Our country found it easier to kill and take land from this country's original inhabitants because we called them Indians. It was also easier to dehumanize and enslave Africans when we made up horrible nicknames for them rather than learning their real names. And it's easy to create laws against illegal aliens when we use them for their services and never learn their names."<BR/><BR/>Nice job.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13694001.post-16498178818754154832008-10-28T07:35:00.000-06:002008-10-28T07:35:00.000-06:00The teen girls have been on this track a little al...The teen girls have been on this track a little also. It has been strange/exciting to get to church Sunday morning and hear you preach a sermon that echoes what the spirit has been leading me to teach them. We spent a Sunday discussing names we (unfortunately) give ourselves versus the names God has given us in His Word. We spent some time this last Sunday discussing Col 3:11 and how even the "good" generalizations we use are not what we are told to use. There is neither "good christian" or "bad christian"--there is only Christ. Thank you for listening to the Lord through the Spirit and speaking what He puts on your heart!Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05559426392624984698noreply@blogger.com
